Mozambique LNG Project supports Internship Program for 500 Young Mozambicans


The Mozambique LNG Project, operated by TotalEnergies EP Mozambique Area 1 Limitada, will finance the Paid Professional Internship Program for 500 young Mozambicans, launched by the MozYouth Foundation, in Pemba, on March 27th.

According to Edna Simbine, Local Content Manager at TotalEnergies EP Mozambique Area 1 Limitada, “our support for this professional internship initiative for young Mozambicans is part of the implementation of our local content strategy and reflects our strong commitment to contributing to the sustainable development of the country, in general, and of Cabo Delgado, in particular. Through our CapacitaMoz initiative, we will continue to contribute to the training and qualification of young Mozambicans in various areas to better benefit from the opportunities that the country offers”.

The initiative will be implemented in collaboration with local and international companies, covering sectors such as energy, engineering, technology, administration, among others.
